HOOPLA (HydrOlOgical Prediction LAboratory) is a framework providing a modular system for lumped hydrological modeling. It performs calibration, simulation, and forecast for multiple hydrological models and various time steps, but also provides an array of options and features.
The Canadian Surface Prediction Archive (CaSPAr) provides global, North American and Canadian numerical weather predictions (NWP) issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada. CaSPAr functions as a platform to access an archive of 8 of the NWP issued on a daily basis by the Meteorological Service of Canada (https://doi.org/10.1175/BAMS-D-19-0143.1).
Currently, the flood estimation toolbox is under development.
